Skill Building
In addition to counseling, we can focus your sessions on building skills if that is your goal. Behavior change feels overwhelming, but with the right mindset and tools, you can achieve your goals. This could be focusing on ADHD strategies, social skills, health and wellness habits and building healthy coping skills, for example.

I offer a free 15 minute virtual visit or phone call as an initial consult to see if we are a good fit.
Solutions Based, Short-term Counseling
Are you someone who thrives on action and goal-setting? Perhaps you’re a student looking for practical strategies to enhance your study skills, or maybe you’re struggling with time management and want to align your priorities and values. Counseling doesn’t have to be a long-term commitment! Sometimes, all you need is to build a toolbox of coping skills and move forward. And remember, you can always return for check-ins whenever you need support!

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
